What I do...
I teach people how to ditch dieting, eat intuitively, unlearn their old limiting beliefs around food, reclaim their freedom and make peace with food and their body forever. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor trained under the founder of Intuitive Eating, Evelyn Tribole.
If you are anything like me, you had an initial desire to lose weight that eventually spiraled into something much more complex and all-consuming. Something like:
Living in a perpetual binge/ restrict cycle
Using exercise as a form of over correction or punishment for eating
Restricting or avoiding food groups, sugar, etc.
Feeling guilty or shameful after eating certain foods
Your ability to follow your food rules dictates your worth
Feeling a complete disconnect between your mind and body
Using or abusing appetite suppressants
Never trusting or relying on your intuitive cravings or hunger
Feeling either perfectly in control or absolutely out of control with food
Maybe these sound familiar to you and maybe you feel like you will never find your way out. I felt like that too. It feels intimidating and maybe even impossible to let go, to trust yourself, to break free of dieting, especially when it is so deeply rooted into our beliefs.
But, I promise you this: there is a way out. There is another side- it exists! There is freedom to be had and a life beyond this to be lived. You are deserving of it, in fact, I believe this freedom is your birthright. When I finally navigated my way out of 7 years of disordered eating, I knew it was my purpose to go on to share it with the world.
This is when my signature 1 on 1 coaching program, Mastering Food Freedom, was born.
This program is designed to navigate you out of a stagnant, frustrating place with food and into food freedom.

I struggled with disordered eating for over 7 years, in secret. I started trying to change the way my body looked in elementary school. This evolved into restriction as a teenager and from there, things got… messy.
I tried to stop eating all together, when that stopped working I tried over exercising and when that fractured my femur, I turned to anything and everything to control my appetite and what I put into my mouth. After cutting carbs completely out of my diet, I started to binge eat. I felt like I had lost complete control and my self worth was at an all time low. This turned into a vicious and self destructive cycle for years- I never thought I would find my way out. I believed I was the problem.
I felt like I was living two separate lives- one that I loved, thrived in and showed to the world and another that I feared, dreaded and was forced to retreat back to when I was too exhausted to push it away. I could never find the words to articulate what I was going through with food and when I finally did, I was too ashamed to speak them.
Then one day, I tuned into the Brain over Binge podcast and finally felt heard. After years of googling my symptoms but finding little to no support on the internet, someone else knew my exact pain.
I listened more, I read more, I invested in educating myself. I learned how to be patient and kind with myself. I reconnected with my inner child. I joined supportive coaching programs. I learned how to stop binging. I reconnected with my purpose and my intuition. I trained and studied for 6 months under Evelyn Tribole and the Intuitive Eating Pro’s to become a certified counselor. Now, I feel like the wild, intuitive, loving, free woman I always knew I could be.
I knew I had figured out a way to heal this (what feels like) deeply shameful and secretive aspect of life that many, many women struggle with daily, everywhere around the world. So, I started talking about it on the internet and haven’t stopped since.
I have helped women find their freedom and reclaim their story and power and I want to help you, too.
